Soul Kraft Ink privacy policy

When you send a tattoo request we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your preferred contact method, and the description, references, placement, size and timing of the tattoo you want. When you join our email list we collect your email address and your consent.

We use tattoo request information to review your project, match it to an artist, ask follow-up questions, quote the work, take a deposit and schedule your appointment. We use email list information only to send the studio news and subscriber offers you signed up for.

Requests are visible to Soul Kraft Ink staff and the artist your project is routed to. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Request details and uploaded reference images are stored in a private, access-controlled database and file store. Reference uploads are not publicly accessible.

Our email list is double opt-in: you are not subscribed until you confirm from the email we send. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
