Booking
How booking works
- Send a request with your idea, references, placement and size.
- Our staff review it and route it to the right artist.
- We follow up with a consultation or any questions.
- You receive a quote.
- A deposit reserves your date and is applied to the final cost.
- We confirm and schedule the appointment.
A request is not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed only after our staff reviews the request and any required deposit is received.
Bring a valid ID
Government-issued photo identification is required for every tattoo appointment. Age and identification rules follow current New Jersey law; call the studio if you need the specifics for your situation before you book.
FAQ
Common questions
How do I book an appointment?
You can book by calling the shop, sending a message through our contact form, or visiting the studio in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially for larger custom pieces. A request is not a confirmed appointment: our staff review it, route it to the right artist and confirm your date after any required deposit.
Can I shower after getting a tattoo?
Yes. With Derm Shield you can shower with the bandage on, but try not to soak the area too much because it weakens the adhesive, and avoid baths. Full washing and drying steps are on the aftercare page.
How do I choose the right tattoo artist?
Look through the portfolios on our artists page and pick the artist whose finished work looks closest to what you want. If you are not sure, use the artist matching step in the tattoo request and our staff will recommend a fit; staff always make the final assignment.
What should I look out for while my tattoo heals?
Some slight swelling, redness and discomfort around the site is common. Promptly consult a health care provider if you notice unusual draining, excessive bleeding, excessive pain or discomfort, or excessive swelling, redness or skin that is hot to touch. This is general education, not medical advice.
How do I care for a new tattoo?
Follow the aftercare guide step by step, and follow your artist's instructions where they differ. The guide covers Derm Shield, standard bandage care, the peeling stage and what to avoid.
